This is how I got it, as it sat, since 1998.
Scary intake valve.
Some one went down on the right side. The aftermarket crash bars dented the frame tube.
This was the worst of the rust and really isnt too bad.

These are the final steps in removing the frame from the engine. 

Now that thats over, lets play a game called “Cylinder Bore or Sewer Pipe?”.
